Safe City is an international program combining technology with information sharing tools for the reduction of crime in business and residential communities.  A combined effort between the Clovis Police Department, business leaders, and citizens allows the Safe City model to effectively minimize common urban criminal activity like shoplifting, assault, and public nuisances.
